Since my last session with Dinma, my productivity has improved which has also improved my mental health. I am no longer as overwhelmed with work as I used to be. I am more conscious of my strengths and I use them to improve what I do.
During my session with Dinma, I learned to crystallize my values into words, then action plans. I am more aware of my strengths and what I need to do to apply them. Even though the session was for a specific time, I didn’t feel rushed as Dinma paid attention to my concerns and prodded me on.
